I had mixed feelings about my stay at Devere Hotel. the location was convenient, close to Kings Cross and plenty of dining options, but the condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The rooms were dated and felt a bit claustrophobic, especially the initial one I was assigned. Upgrading to a better room improved my experience somewhat, but overall, the hotel feels overdue for renovations.
